Do not go running on an empty stomach and only 5 hours of sleep. You will throw up. It is not pleasant. You will hate yourself. And then keep running because you’re awesome.
On a brighter note, I am making progress on my messy room. I’m narrowing down my choice of clothes and throwing things out. I know I’ll be throwing out more clothes as I continue to lose weight. I’ll have to buy more anyway.
I think I’m going to go play some Pokemons. Or the Sims. Whatever.
